All items are shipped from our fulfillment center in Chesterfield, Missouri. We strive to ship orders the same day they are placed, but in some instances orders may require 2 business days to ship.
For items shipped from our fulfillment center: In-stock items ordered before 3 p.m. CST are usually shipped the same day. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances.

 

• For ground shipping, orders placed by 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) will ship that day, or Monday if the order is placed on a Friday.
• For express shipping, orders placed by 3:00 p.m. will ship that day. Orders placed after that will ship the following day or Monday if the order is paced on a Friday.
• For overnight delivery (both regular and early a.m.), orders placed by Thursday at 2 p.m. CST will ship that day. Orders placed after that will ship the following Monday.
• For overnight delivery on Friday, customers can choose Saturday delivery for orders placed by Friday at 3 p.m. CST.

Delivery
We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
