ST. LOUIS MOTORSPORTS, LLC ONLINE RETURN POLICY

St. Louis Motorsports, LLC makes every effort to deliver to each of our customers their merchandise with the utmost care.  We inspect each item ordered before shipping.  Please note items marks “Special Order Item” at the time of purchase may take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.  Please email our boutique specialist of call (636) 449-0000 to check options and availability for special order items.

 

New merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a refund with your original packing slip subject to the conditions stated below.  St. Louis Motorsports, LLC reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in “like new” condition.  “Like new” means the complete product in its original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories.  Returns/exchanges require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which is valid for 7 (seven) days.  To obtain an RMA number, email our boutique specialist or call (636) 449-0000 during operation hours.  Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or returns of new merchandise are non-refundable.  Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 7 (seven) days of purchase, provided the merchandise is still in “like new” condition.  The complete product is in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, serial and UPC numbers, warranties, manuals and accessories.  A 15% open box/packaging fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges unless the product is defective and is exchanged for the identical product.

 

NON RETURNABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS

 

Gift certificates, special buy items, laptop computers and any items purchased from sellers other than St. Louis Motorsports, LLC Boutique are not returnable.  Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process from the date that St. Louis Motorsports, LLC receives the merchandise and will be credited to the credit or debit card account used for the original purchase.  Items purchased by Gift certificate will be issued a credit in a gift certificate format.

 

Please save your packing slip.  We are not responsible for expenses, fee’s or other costs incurred by our customers as a result of defective products.

 

 

 

 

HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE

 

St. Louis Motorsports, LLC will gladly receive any merchandise you would like to return, provided it meets the guidelines stated above.  You can return merchandise by shipping it to our dealership, or by taking it directly to our location at:

For all returns you first need to email or call our boutique to get your RMA number as stated above.  You will need your order number, sku number, name or description of the product and your problem with this item.  After the Boutique specialist has taken all the above information he or she will process it and give you a RMA number.  No returns will be accepted without the RMA number.  After you receive your RMA number please follow the below return instructions:

Pack the item securely in the original packaging. Include all contents of the original package such as SKU numbers, labels, manuals, all items originally shipped to you in your order.

In the package, place a copy of the packing list that came with your order.  Keep the original packing list for your records.  If you do not have the packing list you will need to include the following information:

1)        Order Number  2) Billing Name  3) Billing Address

Ship your return to our dealership.  We recommend the Postal Service, UPS or Federal Express with tracking.  All shipping charges must be prepaid and the shipment has to be insured for the full value of merchandise being returned.

Keep the tracking number of your shipped goods.  Your refund in the form of original payment will take up to 14 business days to process.  Be sure your RMA number is clearly written on the shipping label.  You may of course return your items directly to the store.  Be sure you have all necessary items listed above to do so.  Be sure you return your item in “Like New” condition as detailed above.
